  • Mobile App (Free):
    • Real-time service tracking

  • On-site Assistance:
    • Flat tyre changes (must have spare, jack, tools)
    • Fuel delivery (customer pays for fuel)
    • Battery jump-starts (at client’s risk)
    • Battery sales (cost varies; includes installation, validation & warranty)
    • Locksmith services

❌ Excluded Services (Extra Charges Apply)

  • Cost of parts, fuel, or garage labour
  • Transporting overloaded or non-compliant vehicles
  • Vehicles involved in motorsport events
  • Vehicles under trade plate delivery/demo
  • Recovery of vehicles:
    • Off-road (e.g., stuck in drains)
    • Requiring special equipment (cranes, Hiab, etc.)
  • Vehicle storage fees
  • Any service not listed as included

📝 Additional Notes

  1. Towing destinations include:
    • Home
    • Business
    • Mechanic or dealer
    • Nearest police station (for accidents)
  2. Clients receive:
    • Free Wi-Fi and water in service vehicles
  3. Each service used counts toward the 5-call annual limit
    • Extra calls are charged at standard rates
  4. Services may be unavailable:
    • In high-risk areas
    • During national events/celebrations
  5. Vehicles must be legally inspected to qualify for service
  6. Roadside assistance is non-refundable
  7. Services are governed by:
    • 800-2TOW Limited Master Services Agreement (MSA)
