Changing flat tyres. A serviceable spare, jack and spanners must be available.

Fuel can be provided. Fuel cost must be paid at the time of the incident.
🔋 Battery Boosts
Battery boosts / jump starts are provided at the client’s own risk.
🔋 Batteries for Sale
Battery cost is determined by type. Installation, validation and warranty are done on site at no cost to the customer.
🔐 Locksmith Services
Provision of locksmith services when required.
Cost of parts, fuel, or labour at any garage to which a vehicle is taken.
Transportation of vehicles loaded above their legal limit or not compliant with vehicle specifications.
Towing vehicles to motor sport events or vehicles broken down due to motor sport participation.
Vehicles being demonstrated or delivered under trade plates.
Recovery of vehicles not on the roadway, including vehicles lodged in a drain.
Services requiring specialised equipment such as Hiabs, cranes or similar equipment.
Vehicle storage fees.
Any service not listed as included.
- Each service used counts towards the 5-call annual limit. Extra service calls or tows are charged at the standard rates.
- Services may be unavailable in high-risk areas and city areas during national events or celebrations.
- Roadside assistance is non-refundable.
